Brazilian Blowout in Seattle! We are a Certified Salon.

We are stoked that we sent our team to certify our salon for Brazilian Blowouts. Although it was an early Seattle morning, we sent Shandra, Casey and AnnieJenise to the day long Brazilian Blowout training class.

NEW ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hello again! It seems like forever since we posted anything to update what's happening for 2010.

We've got some amazing announcements to make on a new direction that we're taking as a small business. It almost feels like we're shedding our old skin and growing anew. Although we quietly celebrated another birthday, we've got some magical things brewing up in our laboratory so stay tuned.

For instance, new semi-permanent nail polish that's lasting up to 3 weeks. New Salon reward programs just to mention a couple =)

How to be Mindful this Holiday Season

We came across some great tips to keep your sanity this Holiday Season....in 350 words or less:
 
1. A simple practice. Take a fruit — an apple, a pear, a peeled banana or kiwi, some berries — and eat them mindfully. Slowly. Take a small bite, and really experience it. Feel the texture in your mouth. Savor the taste. Smell the fruit. Think about how you feel as you eat the fruit. Feel the juices in your mouth. Feel yourself swallow the bite. Farewell 2009

It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving zipped right by us and now Christmas is just around the corner!  Holy moly!  With meals to cook, kids to shuttle around, and a semblance of a social life it's hard to take time for ourselves anymore.
 
Well, we've got some exciting new announcements that we will be making that will show you how you can permanently save 30% on services at the salon!  More info to come very soon.  We're currently testing some things as we speak..er, type.

Polish for Change is a unique nail care membership program we designed to maintain the health and beauty of your acrylic and gel nail enhancements. It combines fills, polish changes and broken nail repairs for one flat fee (auto debit).

Thank you to our early clients that have helped us test and refine our membership over the past 2.5 years. Nothing like this has ever been done before in the history of nail care.

We hope to continue to refine the program and bring more convenient locations to serve you.

One of the neat things we envisioned early on was allowing our guests to visit multiple sites to redeem their services. Break a nail uptown - get it fixed downtown!

Prom Sold Out

This year's prom is quite interesting for us. We've seen alot of people coming in for us to fix another salon's mistake. Naturally, in today's economic environment everyone is finding ways to cut costs and get cheaper services. Unfortunately, if a bad job is done, it may be impossible for us to squeeze in the time to correct it. We hate to turn anyone away like we did this weekend.

We certainly recommend calling 2 weeks in advance for any special occasion - especially something like prom.
